I hired this service to recode my gaming app and signed a contract in May 2024. I paid $2,000 upfront, but after three months, the app delivered was not what I requested. I was informed that the coders had misunderstood the requirements. The owner expressed regret and promised a discount while assuring me that no further payments were needed until the issue was resolved. I agreed, but by December 2024, I had paid the total balance of $7,500. I was told the app would be ready for the app stores within a few months, but that never happened. In May 2025, I was reassured that the app would be finished soon. I was then asked to pay an additional $300 for the Google Play Store and another $300 for the Apple App Store due to complications with the source code. The service failed to meet contract deadlines and uploaded an incomplete app with ongoing issues. My app is still not available on the Apple App Store, and despite my requests for a refund and my source code, they have refused to comply. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and consider legal action, as I have invested $11,300 without receiving a completed product.
