The company does not give any proper updates or eesponses to the questions about the order placed. Their logistic partners ShadowFax is similar, always sensing out updates saying could not contact when the attemp itself was not made. One of my orders was returned even without attempting a delivery. My recent order is also with updates saying they tried to contact when it has not happened till now.The customer care only copy pastes their normal responses and never give a proper response. The same response, issue escalated to logistic team.This coming from such a big online organization is pathetic.
