The company does not give any proper updates or eesponses to the questions about the order placed. Their logistic partners ShadowFax is similar, always sensing out updates saying could not contact when the attemp itself was not made. One of my orders was returned even without attempting a delivery. My recent order is also with updates saying they tried to contact when it has not happened till now.
The customer care only copy pastes their normal responses and never give a proper response. The same response, issue escalated to logistic team.
This coming from such a big online organization is pathetic.

I made an order December 09-2025 and have yet to receive the order it is now February 10-2026. I received a notice that the order was delivered and No package/packages received Not One ever received at all. I responded on numerous emails stating that I had not received any orders. I was also asked to look around other homes in my neighborhood. Are you serious? Thats not what i paid you for. Your courier is the person who needs to be responsible for making the correct delivery or find another job. I have requested by email numerous times asking for the courier information/phone number and address to try to contact them to resolve this issue with the package. No information on how to contact the courier was provided still. Anyway, after contacting the customer service care team. I was assured that I would receive another order with the same items, I never received any of my 13 items and it's been 2 months now and no full refund. I think everyone should contact the proper authorities, banking institution and the BBB to put it on record for a full investigation. This is a global and local issue that needs to be addressed. Let's stand together and make sure this stop. People are losing their money to not be receiving what they paid for and seemingly to be a SCAM. Thanks!
I am not one to write reviews, but I feel like I have to. I to got scammed. I place my order then I couple of weeks later I got confirmation that my order was delivered. I contacted the company and they told me that it was delivered and that if I don’t have it I should go check if the order was delivered to one of the houses in my neighborhood. I told that I wasn’t going to do that and asked for proof that my order was delivered and was not provided with one. Then they said that they were supposedly sorry and they were going to ship me out another order. Well a couple a days ago the same thing happened, I never received my order. So I emailed them again tell them what happened again and their response was that they were going to supposedly going to refund me only 70% because according to them they are getting scammed also. TOTAL SCAM
Your company is providing pathetic service. Till now I haven't received my refund it's been 20 days. The agents just copy paste there script "Apology for the inconvenience caused to you, As we have checked due to some operational issues, your shipment has been returned to our warehouse and the refund amount will be initiated from our end once the order reaches our warehouse." This is how clovia works. The items got cancelled from clovia ends and they are not refunding my money. This is a big disappointment. I will never buy items from clovia.
I would prefer to give zero stars.What a rip off! Took my money and delivered nothing. Sent emails, messages through the website, nothing. Do not do business with them unless you’re looking to lose money! Shame on them. Robbing the public.
i wouldn't even give 1 star to Clovia for the services they provide i ordered 3 bras on 3rd Sept it's 19th sept today and still the order is not delivered. It's a pain to get through the customer care. also, they removed 1 product due to quality issues & still the order is not delivered. worst service ever
The clovia staff decides to cancel my order because they wanted to hike the price of a certain product for which I had placed an order. Very unreliable service and I am travelling next week for which I don't know what to do now. It is such a pain to get through a customer service executive on a call. The reason they give for cancellation is quality issue. What more to say the staff herself is saying that the company has product quality issues. I happened to lose my discount coupon also with this order
