I have placed order no. 23343547 on 10th June, 2025 amounting to Rs. 1,711 which is prepaid. It's been almost a month, my order has not been delivered and I am not getting any sensible updates from team Clovia. Your customer care number doesn't work, so the customer have no other option other than email. Your team sticks to rigid replies which are previously drafted and are sent back to every mil query raised by me about my order. Your team has said that once they receive the order on there store they will credit me clovia coins and again I have to place request to transfer that coins into my upi account.First of all, if I have not received my order I have right to get my money back, whatever your reason may be it's your internal affair, and it should not be conveyed to customer. But your brand, asks only customer to co-operate. My money is blocked for a month already.Now I don't need your products and not going to visit clovia in near future after getting my refund.It's a serious concern how you block your customers money. And have no answers.It's the last time I am mailing your team. I need to file complaint for online fraud on Clovia.
