Possibly the worst experience in mortgage brokers....things started well, but as soon as you give them any form of money, they soon become less interested. Our initial contact was with George Griffiths, who sounded quite knowledgeable, and reasonable at first....he was able to source a lender, however this all went pear shaped afterwards due to the lender wanting me specifically to have 12 months of no missed payments and upon realising that CLS had gone for a remortgage instead of a first time mortgage. Given that fact, George agreed to call me back in September of 2025 once that timeframe was over, however I have still yet to receive a call. Since this I have actually gone with another Broker, and completed my mortgage recently. However, not happy that I had to pay fees for CLS to even start doing anything, only for them to not do a great deal....almost impossible to get hold of anyone relating to the case, had to leave messages with whoever answered, no one ever got back to me.
