Charlie McEachern - he did not get back to us till to this day, if you go on google reviews I have shared screenshots of him not replying.
They scam is :
They take £199 which is not refundable admin fee.
Then do their admin work and say oh no we cant help you but claim on their website we dont take no upfront money only if you get a house or property
Agree with all the one star reviews here. Frankie got in touch after i registered my interest, gave her all my information and within half hour she had a MIP for me. I was surprised, but excited as this was my first application. Paid the £99 as requested and received an email with a basic letter for MIP, anyone could have drafted that. I then called several times but they never called back. Messaged asking for an illustration showing all details of the deal and again, no response. Been nearly 2 weeks now and after reading these reviews i wouldnt be surprised not to hear anymore. Have since found a good independent broker whos got me MIP and charges only when full application is approved.

So contacted cls they got me a MiP Pretty quick all they was interested in was getting money from me my other Mortage advisor got me a better deal When they called me asking if I was still interested they started questioning my other mortgage advisor job if there was doing it right which I felt unprofessional also wanting £995 for themself and then £99 for me to actually receive the documents I felt this company was all about money more than helping After reading reviews it looks like after they’ve got your money there not interested anymore and I got that impression
We are so incredibly grateful for Lauren, Megan and Amy at CLS. We had our offer accepted on our house after receiving an agreement in principle from Moneybox.
