Tried to charge me £950 after I told them I no longer needed their services. I withdrew from their services because I found a cheaper mortgage rate on my own. Continued calls and emails during a really difficult time in my life. They put me under massive amounts of stress. They also charged me a fee before they even did any work, at the time I thought this was normal. I feel like they took advantage of me and saw I was vulnerable. Avoid.
