Not happy. It seemed that after initial contact there was no willing to actually help us with our re-mortgage. I was told that our mortgage would be monitored in the months leading up to the expiry so that they could monitor the rates and try to secure the best rates. Despite calls and emails I didn't hear anything back from them and so ended up having to fix again with our existing lender last minute. Initial contact was good, after that, nothing so I wouldn't recommend.
