What a shambles. What should of been an easy remortgage, I simply asked that the solicitors fees are part of the remortgage. Paul, who I dealt with was able to confirm there will be a small fee which was fine, but I would get this back through lenders. When the solicitors fees come through, it’s three times the amount and the person Paul passed it on to was ‘never told about this’. So I’ve now had to pay three times extra, which I can’t afford just to complete. Secondly, after a number of emails to ask why this happened, nothing. No email, no sorry email. It’s embarrassing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
