This would be a 1 star if it weren't for the amazing service ONE PERSON in the company offers. Amy Randall is the only person I would ever deal with in CLS again.My broker, nice as he was, Ryan Hall, did not give me the impression he was honest with me at all times. Said there were things he was "telling" his management but couldn't forward on my emails so they didn't have the full story. Also when I was offered a QUOTE for a solicitor, CLS recommended solicitor was in fact instructed! And they were awful!! But I know the broker gets a bonus for getting them used...My case manager Emma was so rude I had to put a complaint in. Belittling and treated me like I was a problem and didn't know what I was talking about, despite having been a broker myself for 2 years. I ended up not having a case manager to use as I didnt want to work with her. I was sent another clients documents (GDPR anyone?) and because I complained about this my £2k fee was reduced £1.5k (thanks!)Finally it was presented to me that it was a condition of my mortgage to have protection, and I had to fill out a form stating my reasons for not doing so to go to my lender. I know again, this is completely false, and almost scaremongering people into taking out policies that earn CLS big commission when they are not required to do so.But Amy was wonderful. Immediate contact, regularly kept me informed, can not fault her in the slightest. Chased solicitors who ignored me, chased internally (my broker!) who was "slow" getting back to me. She is too good for CLS from my experience! Here's to hoping the fee AND commission made from our case goes straight to her.
