Do not waste your time. They ask for documents that have already been provided. They don’t keep to appointments. They are only interested in taking the £200 fee and then good luck with the rest. I just explained this to the advisor and she didn’t care. One of the worst experiences. Now my rating has improved I’ll apply with a more credible lender.
