Once they had my fee ….. it was a complete sh@t show. I lost my first property as they took so long to sort out the offer. No communication ignored messages ignored emails. Blaming each other for problems wouldn’t provide manager details. Wrong address on letters wrong name on letters. Wrong mortgage amounts just a complete farce from the get go. 3 months to receive an offer!!! You decide if you want to deal with these clowns. 🤡 never again. Steer well clear !!
