I have been made aware that booking direct with Parkdean rather than using sun Holidays is cheaper and also includes the guest passes. I have tried to get a refund as this is fraud and false advertisement.
Sun holidays has now stopped all communication with me after several emails. They are taking advantage of low means families and are scamming people out of there hard earnt money.
