Avoid Club lime The actual club staff are lovely and helpful. It’s the head office staff are rude and unhelpful. They just want your money. I gave more than 28 days notice on 2 memberships with them , retained 1 for another family member. They acknowledged they had record of my trying to cancel but because it wasn’t done through their app they continued to charge and were rude about it. Still waiting for them to refund the charges the took after the 28 days. Ellie-May (Viva Leisure Limited) from Head Office was very unprofessional and was behaving demeaning towards me. I was nice to her but she was defensive from the start. Steer clear of this chain. Shame because the gym staff are so helpful.
