I ordered a black satin twist-neck maxi dress anticipating the same elegant, structured gown showcased in the images. Unfortunately, the dress I received is noticeably different from what was advertised. In the online pictures, the lower section of the dress looks like a single smooth panel. However, the actual dress features two prominent horizontal seams at the bottom (right in the front, in the middle), making it appear as if it consists of separate fabric pieces rather than one seamless flowing skirt. This drastically alters how the dress drapes on the body. The bottom lacks any structure, and it does not possess the true satin sheen or luxurious finish displayed in the photos. Consequently, the overall appearance feels much cheaper than anticipated. Additionally, my delivery was severely delayed by customs for three weeks, and when the dress finally arrived, it was just before my event, leaving me no time to return it and find an alternative. I reached out to customer service to request a refund for the delivery fees (as advised by the shipping company), but my request was overlooked, and no refund has been processed. While the customs delay wasn’t the company's fault, the lack of support afterward, coupled with the misleading product representation, made this a very disappointing experience.
