I paid for faster shipping to recieve items by my sisters wedding. They sent 2 of the 3 items. The last item is non-refundable and will arrive late. I don't want the dress if I can't wear it to the wedding which is why I paid an expensive fee for faster shipping. Their AI customer service is maddening and keep refusing to help. I am very disappointed. This website is expensive. I expect more from the price I paid.
