At first we have been very delighted about those four lovely animals, wich were a present for our children.
We also noticed, that there was an subscription for a newspaper/ magazin for an amount of 19,99€.
We cancelled it by Email at once!
We didn't receive a response und now our PayPal was charged with the amount!
Thats not OK and we tried to contact Club ocean without success.
Thats no good support and none service at all. Also a login ist no more possible.
Now we are totally disappointed and angry about this experience.
