The toy itself is nice, but the rest feels like a scam. There have been no updates on the animal, and the tracking feature is non-functional. What am I supposed to tell a seven-year-old about her seal being in the same place for nearly a week? Couldn’t you at least make it seem like it’s moving?
The bracelets are gorgeous and arrived on time as promised. They allow you to track your pet and provide updates on their location. I purchased one for a dolphin, and the last known update was from early November (which is normal since dolphins don't cover long distances). It's wonderful to keep tabs on the animal you have!
I strongly advise against ordering from this service. Their website claimed guaranteed delivery before Christmas, but my order did not arrive. When I inquired about a refund, they informed me that it wasn't possible. What's the point of a guarantee if they don't honor it or offer a money-back option? My Christmas gift is missing, leaving me without a present to give. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
