Staff was rudeI got a call from 6044745622 and this lady who was following up with me was very sweet and asked me about my experience. we were having a nice conversation and I was just saying that its too expensive. During the conversation she suddenly said "By the way we are not going to reduce the price for you" I never even asked in the first place I was just sharing my thoughts. I was just talking and she talked continuously and said all the words she was supposed to say like "Thank you for coming and trying our class.... etc and hung up on my even though she knew I was trying to talk. people are now using a very sweet voice and nice way of talking to make others uncomfortable...she hanging up on me was not at all polite. I attended the fleetwood branch in surrey but the phone call I got says Port Coquitlam. After this I am sure I wont bother spending 120$ for 4 classes!
