I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Club Pilates in Palm Coast and feel it’s important to share it for anyone considering a membership.
First, scheduling classes is extremely difficult. The studio only has 12 reformers available per class, which means spots fill up quickly and it becomes nearly impossible to get into classes that work with a normal schedule. For a membership-based studio, there should be better availability or a more reliable way for members to access the classes they’re paying for.
Another issue is the constant turnover in management. It feels like management changes frequently, and with each change the communication and policies seem to shift. This lack of consistency makes it hard to resolve issues or get clear answers when problems arise.
My biggest concern, however, is the cancellation policy and how it was handled in my situation. I am on call for work, and when I signed up I specifically explained that I may occasionally need to cancel last minute because of my job. I was told that if this happened, I could simply call the studio and they would waive the late cancellation charge.
Unfortunately, that was not honored. Even when I called as instructed, I was still charged. When I tried to address it, the issue was not resolved. Because the charges continued despite the agreement that had been made with me, I ultimately had to shut off my card to prevent additional charges.
Overall, the experience has been disappointing. Between the difficulty scheduling classes, the frequent management changes, and the cancellation policy not being honored as promised, it has not felt like a fair or customer-focused experience.

This review is specifically about the Georgetown DC location. BEWARE before you give this business your credit card information. I'm a fan of Club Pilates and did it for years in other cities, but the management in this location has complete contempt for customers. I have a recurring membership and needed to cancel it because I moved out of state. You can't cancel on the website so I called about a month ago and was told staff can't cancel it either, only the owner himself can do it and he's apparently very unresponsive. I e-mailed requesting the cancellatiom in writing and weeks passed with no response. Finally this weekend I was charged again for my monthly membership. I've called multiple times to complain, request they process the cancellation and refund the latest charge, and management has yet to aknowledge any of those communications. Please think twice before having your credit card information kept hostage and being charged with no ability to cancel
The instructors were great when you could get a class. They oversell memberships and every class even weeks ahead are wait listed. You don’t know til the day of if you’re off the wait list makes for planning and working impossible. At this price you should be able to attend the classes.
Walking into the gym, the first person you see is Caitlyn, with her big smile welcoming you into the class. Like a ray of sunshine, she's always happy. She remembers everyone's name, which I tell her is very impressive.I love going to this gym with their array of different classes, instructors and levels.Dina Zanni

The instructors are good, but the reception staff are very very pushy regarding over and I mean waaay over prices individual classes! They do not give up and frankly it destroys the enjoyment of going. The head office do not reply to any complaints you voice. They just ignore you!!I would not have come had I known how pushy they are. Think twice as there are plenty of Pilates places to choose from so choose wisely!DO NOT CHOOSE CLUB PILATES!
I attended a free 30-minute Pilates class at a studio located in a small outdoor shopping mall off Davis Road in Pensacola. The space was clean, organized, and welcoming. They also had shirts and other memorabilia available for purchase. The instructor was very to the point and did a great job explaining and guiding us through the class, which I really appreciated—especially as someone who likes clear direction. While the regular class pricing was a bit more than I can afford right now, it was still a great experience overall. If you’re curious about Pilates and in the area, it’s definitely worth checking out.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Pilates girl here, and a busy working mom. Their classes are always booked and have waitlists, so I was never able to get in. I originally purchased a 4 class pack, they then continued to charge me every month after that. (I still havn’t been) and I now have 12 classes to use. I had to switch credit cards so the card they had on file isn’t valid anymore. When I went to log in and see if there was any chance of booking a class this week, it says zero credits- update your payment method. WHAT A SCAM like seriously? Just taking peoples money. When you don’t even have availability for a member to go to a class, how do you continue to charge payments?! (Which are done every month without consent by the way) AVOID CLUB PILATES. Definitely go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.
I don’t usually write a negative reviews. However, BUYER BE WARE!I bought a pre-paid package of 12 sessions for wife and she was happy with service. HOWEVER, I go to find out that I was ALSO paying $99.00 for a membership fee that was told did not apply…. But it did! When I addressed the issue I was told basically, tuff luck even though the package was frozen. So I’m out close to $700.00!! Talk about a SCAM! I feel like I now live Minnesota!
