The worst customer service ever. Management is the worst it’s like talking to a robot. I never give a bad review ever but this is the worst experience I’ve had with a company. I’ve wasted so much money and have spent almost 1k about 970 and have only been able to attend 13 classes. It’s extremely hard to book classes and you’re forced to take class times that might be inconvenient for you because you have to use up your credit before the next payment cycle and if you can’t attend your classes or if you miss your classes, they will not refund you regardless of the reason. On top of that you also have to pay a monthly fee if you want to freeze your account. Just do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Do not go to this place if you don’t want problems. It’s not worth it. If you’re looking to better yourself or your life, this is not the place to be. You’ll be more stressed. Currently filing a dispute with my cc company because they will not reverse the transaction. they charged me 240 for 8 classes even if I informed them I’m canceling and will not be able to attend the classes.
