Sent my racket for re-string. Told them I am not local only here for a day but the Boss said if I drop it in on Tuesday early morning it will be ready for collection later in the evening. I text about 5 in the other said not ready. I text again about 12:00 pm next day they confirmed ready for collection. I arrived at 3:45 pm but the racket still on the machine. No apology whatsoever and I end up leaving the shop with my racket undone. The lady and staffs in the shop was extremely rude and disrespectful.
