This is my go- to shop for anything badminton. Have had my rackets restrung twice here. The advice received was correct and the quality of the restring excellent. All done on the same day. Great choice of sports merchandise and highly knowledgeable staff.
I can only base my review on the service I've received and that has been excellent. I ordered a pair of Salming squash shoes online; they were promptly shipped with the 'standard' delivery option and they arrived with me in south Somerset a couple of days later. Great product, first class service. Highly recommended!
Sent my racket for re-string. Told them I am not local only here for a day but the Boss said if I drop it in on Tuesday early morning it will be ready for collection later in the evening. I text about 5 in the other said not ready. I text again about 12:00 pm next day they confirmed ready for collection. I arrived at 3:45 pm but the racket still on the machine. No apology whatsoever and I end up leaving the shop with my racket undone. The lady and staffs in the shop was extremely rude and disrespectful.
