Beware - insurance scam!! The same thing as in previous reviews happened to us even though we have American insurance, it cost us an additional $500. I will just copy the review I am referring to in here instead of typing everything again: Stay away from this company. They will lure you through a low quote to book. once you're in their office they will refuse the CDW that is offered from your credit card company and also your personal insurance even if the insurance has the OPCF27 endorsement which is valid in Canada and the USA and was accepted by the respectable Avis rent a car without any problem .The booking company 'economy bookings ' will never alert you that if you are Canadian that this car rental will not accept your personal insurance thus leaving you stranded and without a car in a foreign country. And what are the chances that you might have coverage with one of the insurance companies that the car rental is accepting since almost all of them are not operating in Canada . Such issue makes the online booking company an accomplice with the car rental company in gouging and scamming the customers .
