IM NEW ON THIS SITE AND I GOT AN EMAIL WITH A $2 DEAL GET $10 SC AND I DID REALLY GOOD. IM CASHING OUT $200 FOR THE FIRST TIME. ILL PUT UP AN UPDATE ONCE THEY PAY ME. HOPEFULLY THE REDEMPTION PROCESS IS FAST. I THOUGHT THIS APP WAS GREAT.
Im not sure what all these negative reviews are really for but here's my experience... I play at a lot of different social casinos and deposit at most of them everyday. I signed up at this one a few months back and I made no deposits till recently. Had a email deal $2 for 20sc from club casino seen the negative reviews I still purchased it because hey it's only $2 right? Had it up to about $415 then went down to $340 so I figured I'd cashout before I lost more. I realized i wasnt verified yet so was kinda starting to get worried at this point but verification was literally 2 minutes if that which was awesome so I put in babk details on a saturday evening. Thinking now im not going to see money till Monday or Tuesday now because its routing and account number they ask for but I sht you not the money was in my account at 4am Sunday morning. Like 10 hours. No lagging on the slots at all just smooth play. This is my honest opinion and Ive played at all of them. I hadn't had to contact support at all because I had 0 issues. This is my own experience and I will deposit again for them making my redemption quick and easy. Ill be back great casino.
I just joined the site. I had questions about the verification process and tried to reach support. There are 3 ways through the T&C, a link on the page and another option I found on the site ALL 3 DO NOT WORK. I get emails and the link in the email footer to reach support DOES NOT WORK. I refuse to buy coins or play on a site that IF I have a problem or question I have no way to reach there support. This is just BAD and should be corrected. If you aren't managing the website and giving your players a way to reach you, that just screams SCAM!
This is by far one of the worst I've been playing for 30 mins and this site has read unstable network at least 25 times forcing me to log out and when logging in or refreshing I should say, cause I definitely will log out constantly and when I do refresh it says insufficient coins or balance forcing me to refresh again so my balance shows which means controlling their slots so you don't win and lose money constantly...
Do not waste your time money with them they site is a scam.paid in two times and didn't win nothing they will try to hustle you out your money with them fake deals you want win on.. you will hit a bonus sometimes but it's never big no matter what you play.I even try to close my account today and it's no way to do it on their site so don't do it.its way more sites that are way better then this scammer site they will let you win and not just give you deals to sucks your money up
So I've played on and redeemed on clubs casino before but it had been a while since I played there, I got an email for a promotion of 20sc and 50 free spins on "Le Viking"..after playing the 20sc I went to play my freespins but the game kept saying restricted region..after contacting and not hearing back from support a few days passed I remembered about the spins and this time I checked the other "Le..." games which opened normally..so I tried Le Viking again but this time it just says "game loading error" ..and I can't contact support now bc when you click the link at the bottom it says "404 page not found" ..I would like my 50 free spins I paid for and not having anyway to contact or even obtain support contact information, idk for sure throws out some red flags for me. I won't be purchasing anything with them again. For sure not until/if the FS issue is resolved.
