I ordered a pair of sunglasses through a Facebook ad. I used PayPal, but didn’t realize that for some reason PayPal auto filled an old work address for delivery until I received order confirmation. So I emailed Tareno customer service immediately and received an automated response that someone would get back within 24 hours. That did not happen so I called and left a voicemail, as their customer service line is just a voicemail box. I did this two days and three days after the order confirmation. No one ever got back to me. Today I received an email stating the order is being delivered to a former work address where I have not been employed for three years. Very infuriating that no one bothered to even return my email or phone call. And now I’m being charged for something I’ll never have delivered to me. Horrible customer service. I suspect that this is just some sort of Chinese import company with a warehouse fulfillment center and no real customer service office. Stay away !!
