After checking retunr policy I ordered a pair of boots for 60 $. Came from China, bad boots. Ankles so small that even the sipper did not close and the size was one smaller. I ask for return. Was instructed to send nicely packed (even used my own box) tracking and paid 13,65 $ to the address in Texals WITH TRACKING. I inquired and told they dont have the boots because they should be send to address in TÄURKEY! Big scam of the worse kind.

P.S. Paypal decided in my favor in minutes, meaning I am ot the only one who reported a problem with them.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses through…

I ordered a pair of sunglasses through a Facebook ad. I used PayPal, but didn’t realize that for some reason PayPal auto filled an old work address for delivery until I received order confirmation. So I emailed Tareno customer service immediately and received an automated response that someone would get back within 24 hours. That did not happen so I called and left a voicemail, as their customer service line is just a voicemail box. I did this two days and three days after the order confirmation. No one ever got back to me. Today I received an email stating the order is being delivered to a former work address where I have not been employed for three years. Very infuriating that no one bothered to even return my email or phone call. And now I’m being charged for something I’ll never have delivered to me. Horrible customer service. I suspect that this is just some sort of Chinese import company with a warehouse fulfillment center and no real customer service office. Stay away !!

Bad clothing brand

Bad clothing brand. They get you clothes from china with a marked up price at the wrong size you didn’t order. Then proceed to have a really slow customer support that closes tickets after responding with a question. Making you wait another week.
