We have used the club's WiFi for many years while staying at a local park. Until this year, we were very satisfied with the service; any issues were promptly addressed. Unfortunately, since the takeover by a larger company in January, the quality has drastically declined. We have had no Internet access since early September. Calls go unanswered, and messages are left without response. For £180 a year, we expected better. The service now seems unfit for use, and I doubt we will renew next year. Even considering the holiday period, I was told support is available daily, yet I have received no contact after four days apart from an automated message acknowledging a ticket creation. It's incredibly disappointing.
