Issues with the club's WiFi

We have used the club's WiFi for many years while staying at a local park. Until this year, we were very satisfied with the service; any issues were promptly addressed. Unfortunately, since the takeover by a larger company in January, the quality has drastically declined. We have had no Internet access since early September. Calls go unanswered, and messages are left without response. For £180 a year, we expected better. The service now seems unfit for use, and I doubt we will renew next year. Even considering the holiday period, I was told support is available daily, yet I have received no contact after four days apart from an automated message acknowledging a ticket creation. It's incredibly disappointing.

A complete disappointment

Save your money! We are at a holiday park and the WiFi is utterly unreliable. I’ve tried calling support multiple times over the last two days with no response. Spending £20 was a total waste; the WiFi drops out frequently and is extremely slow when it does work. It clearly needs a signal boost and more bandwidth.

Unreliable service at Kennack Sands

I've had this service at a location in Cornwall for over a year, and they consistently fail to resolve issues. The WiFi disconnects regularly without explanation. I don't use it for heavy downloads, so it shouldn't be overloaded. Their AI is ineffective and misidentifies my location. I received a human response almost two weeks after my last email. Companies like this should have a negative rating option.

Terrible service experience

I encountered a shocking service while at a local farm. It took hours to sign up and pay £10, but it was a waste of time as I could never connect again. I called and was met with an automated service that referred to unfamiliar WiFi networks. They claimed my complaint would be escalated, but I never heard back. I mentioned it at reception, but they were disinterested, saying it was not their responsibility, even though they employ this service.

Not worth a star

I reluctantly gave one star just to leave a review. At a campsite near a local town, I paid £10 for WiFi that is mostly unavailable and very poor when it does connect. It feels like a waste of money. I have experience with network installations, and something is clearly wrong here.

Frustrating customer service

I received a refund for a subpar service but foolishly gave them another chance. I still can't add my wife's phone and face restrictions on sites I can access. I can't reach a real person for help; only an AI bot responds. No one follows up.
