I paid $27aud to return a watchband that was the wrong size. I wasn’t eligible for their free return as I was sending from Australia. I followed the instructions for those living out of the free return zone and used the address that Cluse prescribed for “outsiders”. Elena from Cluse then sent me a msg to say that they didn’t pick up their mail from that address & that the parcel would just sit there. I have now wasted money on the purchase & the postage. A very disappointing result. I would advise others to beware of this company, unless of course you live locally. Perhaps you would receive better customer service. They obviously couldn’t care less about customers from overseas.I wrote back to say that I had used their nominated address. NO REPLY!
