Review Time
I paid $27aud to return a watchband that was the wrong size. I wasn’t eligible for their free return as I was sending from Australia. I followed the instructions for those living out of the free return zone and used the address that Cluse prescribed for “outsiders”. Elena from Cluse then sent me a msg to say that they didn’t pick up their mail from that address & that the parcel would just sit there. I have now wasted money on the purchase & the postage. A very disappointing result. I would advise others to beware of this company, unless of course you live locally. Perhaps you would receive better customer service. They obviously couldn’t care less about customers from overseas.
I wrote back to say that I had used their nominated address. NO REPLY!

I purchased through their online website and, upon delivery, the package showed signs of tampering and the watches I had ordered were missing.I contacted customer service, and Ms. Elena was extremely helpful and quick to respond, clearly explaining how I should proceed to report the issue. After submitting the required documentation, CLUSE offered me the option of either a refund or a replacement order.I chose to have my order shipped again, and this time the package arrived complete.Based on my experience, I consider the company and its customer service to be very reliable and helpful. I will definitely purchase again through their online website.
Bought a watch for my husband for Christmas which was slightly too small so requested an extra link, they gave me a cost then said actually we don’t do spare links for that model. I returned watch with tracking and although DPD emailed them several times regarding a customs charge they ignored emails, I even contacted them and they said I’d have to deal with it but customs wouldn’t give me any information as they had emailed Cluse, the parcel is now being returned to me so I’m £100 out of pocket for a watch that’s too small and £12 postage charges, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, should have listened to all the negative reviews
