Absolutely shocking customer service. There are much better brands with retailers who provide excellent service. I was thrilled to have been purchased a Cluse watch and extra straps as a gift from my husband when our second child was born. Unfortunately the battery died after 3 years and I was/am unable to find a jeweller or watch expert who could remove the back. It has been almost one year of trying. The customer support emails from Cluse are sarcastic, rude and patronising. After email one their only solution was to buy a new watch as my warranty is expired. Email two I said it isn't good enough and suggested they offer repair support etc. The response was sarcastic and rude. Extremely shocked. I would hope the people who created Cluse would be watching their employees closely as they deal with customer support as it is disgusting and with a company making millions customer service is the least they can do to give back to once loyal customers. I followed all advice frim Cluse as well. So dissapointed.
