Overpriced for the quality. The watch strap that I got was a suede and it stained very quickly, looking mucky constantly and then falling apart along the side seam within a year. When I got in touch with the company to discuss this, they pointed the finger at me insinuating that I had stained it. They also referred to complex cared ‘advice’ and when I pointed out that I had not received any such guidance with the watch they had no comment to make other than suggesting I buy myself new Cluse products at full price. I did buy myself a replacement strap in the sale and opted for leather this time which so far seems more robust. Fingers crossed it lasts better. Had far more compliments from previous cheaper brands and would not buy from Cluse again.
