I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience. I ordered two watches on Black Friday and waited a long time. After messaging through December and January I decided to report the payment as I payed through Paypal. As I got my money back through Paypal I received wrong order in January. This person is from France and I live in Finland. I immidiately contacted Cluse but got no answer. In February I finally got answer: they are sending again my original order. I though to myself that I have already gotten my money back and they didn’t even reply to my question about the wrong order. I messages them again asking about the wrong order and telling that I got my money back. They didn’t want the wrong order back because it’s expencive to send it, so I can keep it or destroy it. And considering my original order I now have to pay it all back. No discounts or anything, and thats because they let me to keep the wrong order. Well it’s not my fault that they send me the wrong order or that they somehow didn’t have the information that I had full refund when they sent again the original order. So I would not recommend you to order anything from Cluse. Order somewhere else. This thing has been stressing me for 4 months and I would not order from Cluse again.
