I paid $27aud to return a watchband that was the wrong size. I wasn’t eligible for their free return as I was sending from Australia. I followed the instructions for those living out of the free return zone and used the address that Cluse prescribed for “outsiders”. Elena from Cluse then sent me a msg to say that they didn’t pick up their mail from that address & that the parcel would just sit there. I have now wasted money on the purchase & the postage. A very disappointing result. I would advise others to beware of this company, unless of course you live locally. Perhaps you would receive better customer service. They obviously couldn’t care less about customers from overseas.
I wrote back to say that I had used their nominated address. NO REPLY!
