We had a total spiel of lies told to us by the salesman who came to give us a quote for double glazing. He had an aggressive sales technique and put substantial pressure on us to make a sale. We then had technicians out to our property over 10 times to replace faulty units and substandard glass panels. Whilst the technicians themselves were very polite and efficient (the only reason for the two stars) I cannot rate the customer service at all. They were not interested and only cared about getting the finances signed off to ensure they received their payment. I would advise anyone looking for new windows and/or doors to go somewhere else!!
