Tried to contact them but phone just keeps ringing. Assume they have gone bust so DO NOT USE.
According to Companies House they were dissolve on 1 April 2025 and yet they rang me and did a good job fitting my windows in January! But I have a problem with one and cannot get in touch - been ringing for past few days. The voicemail says ' their telephone system is now working but they are experience high call volume' - no response after letting it ring for over an hour!
We cancelled our order one month ago and were informed that we would get our 'admin fee' of £399 back within two weeks. After two weeks, we received an email stating we would get our money in two weeks time which is today.
I have called the main number several times today and had no answer. So I decided to phone one of the many mobile numbers that contacted me once I enquired about the windows and a guy picked up and said he would get in contact with the relevant department. It is now 15:07 and we have had no call back or refund and the office is closed.
When we first cancelled the windows, they would no longer pick up from the main office number, so I tried on my partners phone and they picked up straight away - says it all I think.
Tread with caution if considering using this company.

An updated from my previous post dated the 4th March. Since then I have tried on numerous occasions to be advised on progress for my patio door which was ordered on the 25th November 2005, the windows were installed in mid January although waiting for a part for the patio door. I tried calling 4 times this morning but just ringing out. I wonder if they have closed their doors due to bad management. This may attract some attention from their management and they can call me if they exist. My next step is talking to my lawyer to see if I can be eligible for compensation. Keep well away from this company, if they are still in existence. A frustrated customer.
Failed to fit windows as arranged. Tried calling the office many times to rearrange Person who can do this never available and does not return calls. Tried to get my dposit back and same. Either the person I speak to states its not her remit and again passes this on. Again no return calls. Have now had to pass this to my lawyer to recover my money languishing in their bank account. AVOID.
Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Avoid this company like the plague. My 80 year old mum sat through 3 hours of hard sell then signed and never noticed part at the bottom giving permission for quick access under 7 days so when she cancelled they have refused to get her the deposit of £1300 back saying that they have ordered the material. This is a hard sell company who are using this so called “clause” to swindle money out of people.
I received a visit from a sales rep from Clydebuilt who was helpful and polite if a little heavy on the transparent sales tactics. When he ‘called the office’ to finalise the quote, they clearly weren’t aware I could hear the member of staff on the phone who proceeded to randomly belittle and make fun of me even though I’d never spoken to him, making the sales rep visibly uncomfortable even before he knew I could hear. Every reason I gave to confirm I wouldn’t be making a choice today received a cheeky, disrespectful and sometimes bizarre answer from phone guy (I think his name was Tom), with him trying to employ comically manipulative sales tactics including the interest rate somehow going from 12.9% to 0% by, I guess, magic. I found the whole thing funny to be honest, and satisfying in telling the sales guy that literally nothing could make me go with Clydebuilt after that nutso experience in my own hallway. But the fact that the government ‘partners’ with them for Home Energy Scotland is extremely concerning.
Great job from start to finish,Salesman Stephen came out talked us through all the styles, designs and showed us sample, the quality of the window was really impressive and after a fair price for the quality we decided to go ahead, Eddie and his team came out to install the windows and doors and done a great job, boys were neat and tidy, in and out within 2 days with very little mess, couldn’t recommend enough
