A clear warranty issue has been ignored for over a year, despite multiple emails, calls, an inspection, and even a formal final notice. They simply do not respond, do not follow up, and do not honour their own warranty.Their customer service is non-existent, and their aftercare is shocking. I have now escalated the case to Consumer Advice Scotland and Trading Standards, and a Small Claims Court action will be the next step because the company refuses to take responsibility.If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not go anywhere near this company.
