It has taken until Nov 25 to get my money back.Initially my emails and calls I sent to cancel the order received automated emails and answer machine responses telling me their systems are down.Even after following the correct cancellation procedures, and waiting the 21 days as per their terms and conditions, I received no money back. Then the emails, calls and text messages began. Ultimately they will blame you and lie to you in the hope you go away. At the same time they will apologise to you and tell you it is in the hands of their financial team.No amount of emails I sent or calls I made had any effect on them reimbursing my money.Contacted my bank and Trading Standards in order to get my money back. It was the bank that final resolved the issue.Below is the list of reasons they gave as to why my money wasn’t refunded.Issues with my bank.Issues with their bank.A high degree of sickness.Staff on annual leave.In the hands of their financial team.
