Justine and Sean arrived when expected, they were extremely polite and courteous and got on with the job in hand even though the scaffolding that had been ordered didn’t arrive for 2 hrs. They tidied up and left a great job explaining the workings of the windows before going and reassuring us that someone would be to repair the small piece if render that had come away.
