Cancelled my contract day after signing in Jan 25. Paid a deposit of £400. Suffered the same experiences as others trying to get it refunded, phone calls, letters of complaints etc with no luck, staff employing delaying tactics, no-one in accounts or management ever available to speak to me etc. After advising them I was taking out a simple procedure through the courts I got my deposit returned.
