My vehicle was transported from a state in the U.S. to North Africa. I opted to send it alone in a container. However, upon arrival and opening of the container, customs discovered that there were no blocks against the tires, and the straps securing it were barely adequate for motorcycles (as per the customs agent). This lack of professionalism resulted in the straps breaking, causing my car to shift and damage the right side above the rear tire. The company acknowledged my claim with photographic evidence but has since ignored my attempts to communicate. I had to pay for the repairs myself with no reimbursement from the company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
