I arranged for my car to be shipped from Florida to North Africa in a container. Unfortunately, upon arrival, customs discovered that the car lacked proper blocks against the tires and the securing belts were inadequate, as noted by the customs agent. This negligence led to the belts breaking, causing my car to shift and sustain damage on the right side. The company acknowledged my claim with attached photos, but then completely ignored my follow-up attempts. I ended up paying for the repairs myself and received no compensation. I strongly advise against using this service!
This shipping service has repeatedly shown a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Operations appear to be managed from another country by individuals who seem indifferent to customer concerns. They have held containers for ransom to charge additional fees. The company has not responded to emails and has failed to provide a clear list of necessary documents to resolve issues. When I submitted what they requested, they deemed it invalid or provided another excuse. Every few days, they ask for new documentation instead of offering a straightforward list of their requirements. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS SERVICE!

This lack of professionalism resulted in the straps breaking, causing my car to shift and damage the right side above the rear tire. The company acknowledged my claim with photographic evidence but has since ignored my attempts to communicate. I had to pay for the repairs myself with no reimbursement from the company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I handle thousands of shipments monthly with this service, and their service has reached an all-time low. Their system is complicated, and I relied on it to check release statuses. Now, they don't even provide this information or update the release status. When I raised a complaint, my email was ignored. AVOID THIS SERVICE!
This cannot be a legitimate shipping company; it feels like a bad joke. My order was supposed to arrive by December 20, 2024, but now it’s January 10, 2025, and I still haven’t received it. Every port adds an extra three days. I'm on the verge of losing customers because of this situation. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS NIGHTMARE!
