** Day 50 and still waiting for a refund ** I purchased a vehicle on December 1st. By December 23rd, there was no sign of the car. A refund was promised, but 49 days have passed with no refund. I've been calling constantly but only receive vague updates about a team member being unavailable due to travel. I'm unclear how this affects the processing of my payment or the refund. Day 50 is tomorrow with still no resolution. I will update this review with further developments.
