** Day 50 and Still Waiting for a Refund ** I purchased a vehicle on December 1st. By December 23rd, there was still no sign of the car. A refund was promised, yet here we are 49 days later with no refund in sight. I've been calling continuously but only receive vague updates about a team member being on vacation, the time difference, and their travel plans. I'm unsure how this impacts the processing of our payment or the refund. Tomorrow marks Day 50 without any refund. I will keep this review updated as our situation progresses.

If I could give zero stars, I would advise to avoid this place...

If I could give zero stars, I would strongly recommend staying away from this establishment. I purchased a vehicle with low mileage, but it came with numerous issues. Upon picking it up, the car was dirty, and two windows were malfunctioning despite having supposedly passed an inspection that day. The car was returned for window repairs, which were completed, but I had to wait five hours instead of the promised one hour, and then an oil leak emerged. I returned the car three times for the oil leak, but it was never resolved. I was also misled at the time of sale regarding the timing belt replacement. My own mechanic later informed me that the timing belt was near failure and there was no record of any work done. When I raised the issue with a representative, I was told that oil leaks are normal for older cars, and that it was acceptable to sell them in that condition without informing customers. I ultimately had to spend £560 out of pocket to fix the timing belt and oil leak. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for resolution, my messages went unanswered. I am very disappointed with the overall experience and the lack of care after the sale. I would strongly advise against this place; they take your money and do not deliver on their promises.

***DECEPTIVE PRACTICES*** AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! I had to repeatedly follow up on my vehicle, only to receive a call asking who sold me the car for commission purposes. I was promised the car would be ready, but it wasn't. A representative misplaced the registration document but pretended to search for it. I eventually received the car, but it was unusable due to numerous warning lights. I had to seek assistance elsewhere. It's astonishing how they remain in business with such poor service. I recommend improved customer service training for their staff. I certainly would not recommend this place or return in the future!

I bought an Audi A7 and found the representative extremely helpful, delivering on all promises. I can recommend this establishment for purchasing a vehicle and am very pleased with my decision—5 out of 5!

Never returning here again

I acquired a vehicle from this place last week and experienced very poor customer service. I was scheduled to collect the car at 3 PM, but it wasn’t ready until 3:40 PM. The salesman repeatedly called me by the wrong name despite my corrections and seemed more interested in discussing his commission than addressing my concerns. Upon receiving the car, I was informed of a slow puncture and directed to a location that was quite inconvenient for me. There were also several issues with the vehicle, including a wiper motor needing replacement and a misaligned carpet. The garage was supposed to arrange collection of the car from my home, but due to poor communication, that didn’t happen. I took the car in on Friday, only to find out that the mechanic had to replace the back springs due to rust, despite the car being promised to me in good condition. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Regrettably, I purchased a vehicle from this company

I bought a defective vehicle from this establishment. It broke down on day 30 of the warranty, and they refused to honor it, insisting on an independent review without offering a replacement. I have been driving for over 40 years and regularly check my vehicles. The oil pressure light came on unexpectedly, and I had to stop the vehicle immediately, leading to a significant engine issue. I was left without a car for three months, and the representative consistently lied about the situation. I never managed to speak with the owner, and my calls went unanswered. Ultimately, I had to sell the broken car for a fraction of what I paid and purchase a different vehicle from another company. They respond to reviews in a way that makes them seem helpful, but they avoided my inquiries, and I feel deceived. I would advise others to stay away from this establishment.
