I was using CMC markets for a number of years. Yesterday I sold a trade to take profit, however on reaching the take profit and actually going a little lower than what I had anticipated, CMC failed to close my trade at take profit. I work nights and cannot keep an eye on my trades all night. On calling them, they are adamant it didn’t reach take profit although I sent them a screenshot, proof is on their platform. I just can’t be asked with their half witted lame excuses. It’s only a matter of a couple of hundred quid. Will find another company. They were ok to trade with but be careful they don’t do the same with you. No wonder their tag line is “you can lose money trading.” Certainly true CMC if you fail to take profit for the customer.
