They are not trustworthy! I recently tried their platform for a small account challenge and have faced multiple issues, including order cancellations without notice. Last week, I placed a sell order for 150 shares at $3.00, but when the price exceeded that, my order was inexplicably cancelled. Instead, they auto-liquidated my shares at a much lower price, leaving me below their minimum threshold, thus preventing further trading. With various fees, including $40 for deposits and withdrawals, plus a $250 monthly platform fee, their promised margin is misleading. If you want to day trade, most stocks are non-marginable. This has been a total waste of time and funds. I recommend sticking with more reliable brokers.
