The platform states that it takes 3-5 business days, yet I’ve consistently waited 10-15 business days. It seems that larger withdrawal amounts lead to longer waits. This could be a deal breaker for me. What’s the point of earning trading profits if you can’t access them when needed?

What good are trading profits if you can't access them when you need them?
This service has completely wasted my time for nearly seven weeks. Initially, the application process was quick, with frequent emails and calls, but once I submitted all required documents, communication stopped abruptly. It has now been almost two weeks without any updates. I even requested to cancel my application and have my information deleted, but received no response. The only positive aspect was the initial communication, which has since vanished. After seeking an update, I've been left hanging for over eight days with no reply. This level of negligence is unprofessional and unacceptable.
The customer service was impressive, which I didn't expect from an overseas broker. I had a slow start due to a small mistake with some charges. However, the management reached out to assure me they value customer service and were keen to resolve the issue, even offering to return some disputed funds.
This has been a dreadful experience. It’s been 7 days since I submitted the required documents, and my account is still closed and under review! I’ve been ignored in my calls and emails. Their phone line doesn’t work, and there’s absolutely no one available to assist. I’ve never encountered such disorganization and unreliability in a brokerage. After waiting, I received a random email stating it would take another week to process and that I would get an update. This is concerning! I’ve sent all the required documents and even more, yet they’ve blocked my account. It seems they are unhappy about my comments regarding my experience, and they lack transparency.
Exercise caution! They ask for numerous personal documents, which I provided. I was approved after submitting all necessary information, but then they requested more confidential documents that were not initially mentioned. It's unsettling how they operate, especially since they are offshore. I regret giving them my documents, and now they claim they need even more to finalize my application. I am anxious because many offshore companies have shut down. They have a lot of my personal information, and I worry they might eventually say, 'sorry, we cannot accept your application.' I will keep you updated on my situation. Just to clarify, I have lived in the US for 24 years, have a stable job, and have provided all requested documents. I feel like this is just a tactic to gather more data from people!
They are not trustworthy! I recently tried their platform for a small account challenge and have faced multiple issues, including order cancellations without notice. Last week, I placed a sell order for 150 shares at $3.00, but when the price exceeded that, my order was inexplicably cancelled. Instead, they auto-liquidated my shares at a much lower price, leaving me below their minimum threshold, thus preventing further trading. With various fees, including $40 for deposits and withdrawals, plus a $250 monthly platform fee, their promised margin is misleading. If you want to day trade, most stocks are non-marginable. This has been a total waste of time and funds. I recommend sticking with more reliable brokers.
I closed my account on September 25, 2024, and as of now, October 28, 2024, I have yet to receive my funds. I have called multiple times and sent numerous emails, but they have not responded. Every time I speak with a representative, they take my details and promise someone from Client Services will reach out, but I have received no assistance or my money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Update: On October 29, 2024, I received a response that mirrored what their representatives had already told me. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. Let’s hope they do this time. Update: On October 30, 2024, after posting this review, I was contacted and the issue was resolved. The problem stemmed from an error on my part combined with their lack of communication.
