I have purchased parts from this service for years, spending a significant amount on costly items that I had no choice but to buy. The shipping fees are quite high as well. Recently, I ordered a part and was told it would take five days to process before shipping. They used a courier service, and I anticipated issues. I was informed the delivery would occur when I wouldn't be home. Attempts to redirect the delivery through the courier's website were unsuccessful. After reaching out to the service, they indicated they had postponed delivery and would resend it later. However, it has now been weeks with no sign of the part, and the courier's website remains down. I’ve had to submit multiple support tickets, but responses have been inadequate. Now, I am told I need to collect the part from a depot far from my home, despite paying for home delivery. I've raised a dispute to seek a refund. It's disappointing that this service continues to rely on unreliable courier companies.
