The website looks good But The communication is so bad, I think this site is a scam and I feel like I have lost my money, It's been 4 weeks now and the parts have not been shipped No refund for the combined shipping. So disapointed

My first order included footpeg rubbers and a rare fender trim part for an older model bike. The service not only had the parts, but the prices were reasonable and shipping was extremely fast with ongoing updates. I will be shopping with them again and highly recommend them!
I have purchased parts from this service for years, spending a significant amount on costly items that I had no choice but to buy. The shipping fees are quite high as well. Recently, I ordered a part and was told it would take five days to process before shipping. They used a courier service, and I anticipated issues. I was informed the delivery would occur when I wouldn't be home. Attempts to redirect the delivery through the courier's website were unsuccessful. After reaching out to the service, they indicated they had postponed delivery and would resend it later. However, it has now been weeks with no sign of the part, and the courier's website remains down. I’ve had to submit multiple support tickets, but responses have been inadequate. Now, I am told I need to collect the part from a depot far from my home, despite paying for home delivery. I've raised a dispute to seek a refund. It's disappointing that this service continues to rely on unreliable courier companies.
I appreciate this service. I've placed several orders recently for my bike and local dealers claimed the parts were unavailable. However, this service has consistently provided genuine parts and has gone out of their way to find hard-to-source items. Most deliveries to the U.S. arrive within a week, unless they are special orders. I highly recommend them! Any inquiries I’ve made through support tickets have been answered in under 24 hours.
The customer support has been quite poor, with misleading product listings. Parts shown in images do not always match what is delivered. It's important to verify with support before making a purchase, as I discovered I needed to buy additional parts that were shown as included. This service seems to overprice NOS parts, and unfortunately, they are the only option in Europe for vintage bike parts. I was disappointed with their short and blunt responses to my inquiries, making it clear that they do not appreciate questions before a significant purchase. I plan to buy directly from another provider instead.
Communication has been lacking. I’ve dealt with this service for a long time, but lately, it has not been satisfactory. When issues arise, the staff appear uninterested in resolving them or struggle to comprehend basic errors. The last representative I spoke with was not effective in their role and may not be suited for customer interactions.
